For the remainder of this document this will be referred to as the: Complex Termination of Pregnancy (CTOP) service. The Hub will deliver specialist medical and surgical termination of pregnancy care up to 23 + 6 weeks' gestation. The Hub will also host the regional Single Point of Access (SPOA) and Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), lead on regional training and governance across providers. (NHS and Independent Sector Providers (ISP) where there are interdependencies/interfaces with NHS services). Alongside the coordination of the network of NHS providers across the South East to ensure equitable, safe, and high-quality CTOP care. Through close partnership working with CAMHS Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Team (CCIHT) and other relevant agencies, Safe Space aims to reduce crisis escalation, prevent unnecessary hospital attendance and admission, and support young people to access appropriate ongoing care and support. NHS Somerset Integrated Care board (ICB) is seeking to secure a Prime Provider who has the capability and capacity to deliver a Digital Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service for Children and Young People. The Service will provide a digitally enabled emotional wellbeing and mental health support offer for children and young people in Somerset. The Service should contribute towards the outcomes outlined within this specification by improving access to timely emotional wellbeing support, supporting early intervention and prevention, reducing inequalities in access and experience, and helping children and young people access the right support at the right time. The Service should operate as part of Somerset's wider emotional wellbeing and mental health system and complement, rather than duplicate, existing statutory, education, community and voluntary sector provision. The Service should provide a safe, accessible and inclusive environment in which children and young people can access emotional wellbeing and mental health support, information, advice and guidance appropriate to their needs. The incumbent provider has stated that TUPE is not likely to apply. The contract term will be for 5 years with an optional extension of any period up to 2 years. The Commissioner has a maximum financial envelope available of £750,000 excluding VAT for the 5-year Contract. At the end of the initial contract term the Commissioner will have an extension option for any period up to a further 2 years available (£150,000 per annum) which will be awarded at their discretion, giving a maximum possible contract value of £1,050,000, exclusive of VAT, over 7 years if the full contract term is fulfilled. Level 2 Sexual Health Service (STI Testing and Treatment) - South Norfolk/Breckland Locality Norfolk County Council Public Health intends to commission a community-based Level 2 Sexual Health Service within the South Norfolk/Breckland locality. The proposed service will build upon existing Primary Care-based sexual health provision and expand the scope of delivery to include the assessment, testing and treatment of symptomatic but uncomplicated sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The service is intended to improve access to local sexual health services, particularly within rural and geographically dispersed communities, whilst supporting integration with existing Norfolk sexual health pathways and referral arrangements. The service has been developed in response to identified local need and will focus specifically on the South Norfolk/Breckland population. Providers expressing an interest should therefore be able to demonstrate an appropriate delivery model, geographical footprint, workforce capacity, clinical capability and governance arrangements necessary to deliver the service across the required locality. The proposed contract term is four (4) years with an indicative annual contract value of approximately £103,500, representing an estimated total contract value of £414,000 over the full contract term. The contract is expected to operate on an activity-based payment model. This procurement is being undertaken under Direct Award Process B of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Interested providers should be able to demonstrate: · Appropriate clinical capability to deliver a Level 2 Sexual Health Service. · Sufficient workforce capacity and resilience. · Robust clinical governance and safeguarding arrangements. · Experience of delivering sexual health and STI services. · Ability to provide accessible services within the South Norfolk/Breckland locality. · Integration with existing sexual health pathways, laboratory services and referral arrangements. The Department for Education is inviting tenders in line with the specification for suppliers to join the existing Lot 9 - DfE Support for the Early Years Sector of the Educational and Children's Social Care Professionals (ECSC) Framework. Suppliers must have successfully responded to all mandatory pre-qualification questions in the overarching ITT prior to responding to the Lot-specific requirements contained within this Invitation to Tender. The initial tender window is from 6th August 2026 to 16th September 2026 Bidders are able to respond to the ITT by submitting bids to join the individual lot on the framework during this onboarding phase and will undergo rigorous supplier checks. The Department reserves the right to reopen the Lot to allow new entrants to the market to apply to join this Lot. Lot 9 Early Years Experts - Sector Support of the Educational and Children's Social Care (ECSC) Framework Style Agreement will allow direct call-off and mini competition routes as detailed in Schedule 3 of the Framework Agreement. The Framework Lot was established to provide access to specialist expertise that can be called upon to support delivery of the Department's Best Start in Life (BSIL) strategy. Since the creation of the Framework Lot, some of the information contained within the specification has been updated to provide additional clarity on delivering on the BSIL strategy. To support delivering on the commitments of the BSIL strategy, the Department is undertaking a procurement for a BSIL Implementation Partner. For some call-off requirements the Implementation Partner may be required to manage some call-off requirements from Lot 9 and support requirements that emerge during programme delivery. Other requirements called-off from Lot 9 which are not relevant to the Implementation Partner work will continue to be managed by DfE It is important to note that organisations must be appointed to the Dynamic Framework in order to access and bid for any future call-off opportunities issued through it. While suppliers may join the framework and choose not to bid for individual requirements, organisations that are not admitted to the framework will be ineligible to bid for or be awarded future call-off contracts procured through Lot 9. Additional information: DfE anticipate using the Framework Lot for a range of specialist requirements. Indicative examples include: - Support for local authorities in relation to data, digital and information management requirements, including the development and implementation of digital approaches and use of data to drive service improvements. - Specialist support relating to Speech, Language and Communication, including expertise to support local system development and improve outcomes for children and families. The above examples are intended to be illustrative rather than exhaustive. Norfolk County Council (NCC) has a statutory duty to improve and protect the health and wellbeing of children and young people, with the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) contributing to the national framework that underpins these responsibilities. As a core component of the public health system, the HCP focuses on prevention and early intervention, supporting children and families from pregnancy through to adulthood. By offering help as early as possible, the programme aims to improve long-term health, wellbeing and developmental outcomes, reducing the likelihood of more complex needs arising later in childhood. To support the delivery of these services, NCC is undertaking a procurement exercise and is inviting suitably qualified and experienced applicants to submit offers. The procurement is being conducted under regulation 11 of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (the Regulations). However, it includes a small element-specifically the digital health provision-which falls outside the scope of the PSR and is therefore classified as a mixed procurement. The Contract will have an initial term of 4.5 years, with options to extend, at the Council's discretion, for a further period of up to 60 months to a maximum overall term of 9.5 years. It is anticipated that the Contract will be awarded on 1 April 2027, with service delivery commencing on 1 October 2027. The anticipated total value of the contract over its lifetime is approximately £164,350,000. Kent County Council, on behalf of the Kent and Medway Suicide Prevention Programme and in partnership with the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board, is seeking market engagement to inform the future procurement of a Specialist Bereavement Support Service for people affected by suicide across Kent and Medway. The service will provide timely, accessible and trauma-informed emotional and practical support to individuals impacted by suicide, including family members, friends, colleagues, witnesses and professionals. The future provider will be expected to deliver a flexible countywide service through a combination of face-to-face, telephone and virtual support, working closely with health, community and voluntary sector partners. The contract is anticipated to commence on 1 April 2027 for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for up to two further years.
